Non-Disclosure Agreement *

By electronically signing this agreement, I hereby recognize and acknowledge that I will have access to confidential and proprietary information which constitute, for all intents and purposes, the “secret sauce” of the creators of Al Dente: The Musical. I agree that I have the affirmative obligation to: (i) hold the confidential information in its strictest of confidence; (ii) not use the confidential information for any personal gain or detrimentally to Al Dente: The Musical; (iii) take all steps necessary to protect the confidential information from disclosure. EXCEPTIONS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: I shall not be restricted from disclosing or using confidential information that: (i) was freely available in the public domain at the time it was communicated to me; (ii) subsequently came to public domain through no fault of my own; (iii) is approved for release by written authorization of the talented and handsome creators of Al Dente: The Musical.
